Small Groups
One of the best ways of sharing life and building Christian community is through small groups. Currently, there are about 10 house-groups and these meet at various times in the week for Bible study, discussion, fellowship and prayer. The groups are always open to new people joining and each group has its own distinctive feel and there is one to suit most needs and tastes.
Our small group values are based on the "4 W's":
Welcome: for everyone, every time.
Worship: where the expectancy is for a dynamic personal encounter with God as people seek him.
Word: where the Bible is brought to life and applied relevantly.
Witness: where we seek to serve and care for each other, our local community, and do God's work in the world.

Just looking? Want to explore the Christian Faith?
Groups also meet to follow courses such as the Alpha course, which helps people to explore the basics of what Christians believe. It has proved a highly popular and successful way for people with little or no church background of discussing together what life is all about and where God fits in all of it.
